Complaints Sub-Committee

Terms of Reference

To discharge the responsibility placed on the Authority by Section 15 of the Police Reform Act 2002 to keep themselves informed about prescribed complaints and misconduct matters and to hold the Chief Constable to account for the exercise of his functions in relation to such matters.

Membership

Chair: Mrs M Khan-Willis (Independent Member)

Elected Members: Councillor E Bell and Councillor G Huntington.

Independent Members: Mrs E Davies, Mr R Glass, Mr R Humphries, Mr P Thompson and Mr N Vaulks.
