Estates Panel

This Panel sometimes meets as part of the New Facilities Programme Board.

Terms of Reference

• To oversee the carrying out of a property review.

• To develop, in conjunction with the New Facilities Programme Board, for recommendation to the Police Authority via the Business Planning and Productivity Committee a comprehensive estates strategy including a detailed action plan which will be reviewed annually and adjusted 3 yearly.
