Profile

Garry Huntington was born in the North East and was educated locally. He has an advanced City and Guilds and has worked in the fashion industry all his life.

He is a retired Clothing Technician, and has served as a Town Councillor for 34 years. He is also a Councillor for Sedgefield Council where he has served since 1984- 2008, less one term and a County Councillor since May 2008.

He is a school governor, a trustee of the Citizens Advice Bureau and was the Mayor of Shildon Town Council in 2003.
