Committee and Full Police Authority Meetings

Our committee and Full Police Authority meetings are subject to the provisions of the Access to Information Act 1985. Members of the public can attend meetings of the Police Authority for those items that will be considered in the open part of the meeting.

Information discussed at meetings held by the Police Authority's decision-making bodies is available to read online via a web-enabled database. Also available are details of items discussed at both 'forthcoming' and 'previous' meetings.

Consultative Groups

Police Community Consultative Groups (PCCGs) are held across County Durham and Darlington and all members of the public are welcome to attend. We want to know what you think about policing in your area and invite you to work with us in preventing and reducing crime.

These meetings are an opportunity for any member of the public to generate discussion about policing matters and to participate in developing solutions in partnership with the police.
